Job Description
We're looking for two compassionate and experienced Live-in Care Professionals to join our team in Bristol, supporting a young lady with Cerebral Palsy in the BS11 area. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping our client live comfortably and safely in their own home.
This is a live-in care role working Tuesday to Monday, one week on, one week off.
As a Live-In Care Professional, you'll become a trusted presence in the household, providing tailored support and companionship that enhances quality of life. Your responsibilities will include personal care, emotional support, and assisting with daily routines - all delivered with kindness, respect and professionalism.
Qualifications
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following essential criteria:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the care sector
2. Experience with Cerebral Palsy is desirable, experience with complex care is essential.
3. Comfortable providing personal care and companionship, someone who enjoys getting out and about daily in the community with our client
4. Strong written and spoken English
5. A car driver is essential; you will be required to drive the client’s adapted transit van on a daily basis.
6. Someone who is reliable, respectful, and enjoys building warm, professional relationships

7. Driver with own car essential
8. Excellent organisational ability and time management skills
9. The ability to liaise with other professionals involved in the clients' care
10. An innate sense of warmth and friendliness, facilitating positive client relationships
11. Good communication skills
12. The right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship
