Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for a motivated SEN Sports Coach to join a supportive school in Lincoln, starting immediately. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to use sports and physical activity to inspire and engage students with special educational needs (SEN).
Responsibilities of the SEN Sports Coach:
* Plan and deliver tailored sports and physical education sessions for SEN students.
* Encourage participation, teamwork, and confidence-building through physical activity.
* Adapt coaching techniques to meet individual needs and abilities.
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
* Maintain a safe and structured setting to support students’ emotional and physical development.
Requirements of the SEN Sports Coach:
* Experience working with SEN students in an educational or sports setting.
* A background in sports coaching, physical education, or similar.
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate students through creative coaching methods.
* Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
