Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
2. Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
3. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
4. Utilise Microsoft Office
5. Provide clerical support, including typing, filing, and organising documents.
6. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
7. Support other administrative functions as needed to enhance overall office productivity.
Requirements
8. Proven experience in an office environment with strong organisational skills.
9. Proficient computer skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
10. Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
11. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
12. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
13. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
