The Role
* Diverse caseload covering a wide range of complex matters.
* Responsible for Casualty and Public Sector claims, Utilities cases, Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, and Product Liability cases.
* May supervise more junior members of the team.
Skills Required
* Defendant Personal Injury Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
* Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients at inquests.
* Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently.
* Experience in defendant casualty work.
* Proven experience managing a broad range of claims, including EL/PL, utilities, and product liability.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle a varied caseload.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
