X2 Qualified carpenter/locksmith - Experience and knowledge of working within communal areas and carrying out repairs. Ability to carry out forced entries and lock changes to any and all types of locks/doors. Experience and knowledge of UPVC, Timber sash, Metal and crittall window repairs. Confidence in completing joinery repairs, making/fitting of doors, repairing doors and make safes. Ability to fix and or replace fencing/gates.
X1 Qualified window specialist - Experience and knowledge of working within communal areas and carrying out repairs. Ability to diagnosis any faults on UPVC, Timber sash, Metal and crittall windows and doors. Confident in carrying out any and all repairs to windows and doors. Able to problem solve and bring new ideas to carrying out the repair. Experience in other carpentry works is also welcomed.
If candidates have any additional skills on top of Carpentry in wet trade works such as - plastering, decorating, that is also welcomed.
