Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part‑time Fixed‑term 15‑hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Fenwick, Tunbridge Wells! Please note: This contractual 15 hours will be split across 3 days per week. As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Sales Goals – achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
* Brow services – waxing, tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
* Teamwork – everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
* Promotions and Special Events – supporting both in‑store or external events and charity events.
* Administration – an individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping – you will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications & Expectations
* Dynamic, enthusiastic
* Passion for make‑up and Retail – result‑oriented, who likes a challenge.
* Desire to provide a unique customer experience.
* Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays and holiday periods.
* Minimum 6 months retail experience.
* The brand behind Benetint, The POREfessional, BADgal BANG!, and at least one eyebrow product in your bag.
