Duties as a Car Sales Executive:
Managing the entire sales process as a Car Sales Executive from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery
Engaging with customers face-to-face, via phone, and email to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Providing expert advice to match customer requirements with the right car
Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features and benefits
Preparing and completing all relevant paperwork, including finance, warranties, and optional extras
Upselling warranty packages, insurance, and accessories
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals
Keeping abreast of current inventory, promotions, and industry developments
Requirements:
Previous experience in car sales or within the motor trade is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
