Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Weekend Receptionist on behalf of our client in Heywood.
This will involve meeting and greeting visitors to their brand new showroom.
Responsibilities
* Greeting visitors and callers in a courteous and professional manner
* Making visitors comfortable, providing refreshments and gaining basic details to pass on to the Sales Advisors
* Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
* Support other clerical duties as required
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
* Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
* Professional, well presented
* Excellent communication and customer facing skills
This position is working 10am to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays.
