Marketing Manager
Lancashire – 2 days per week in office

£40,000 - £50,000
* Our client is a £150+ million turnover, multi-site retail business. Private equity back.
* This is a new Senior Marketing role, reporting to the Marketing Director.
* We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven multi-channel Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the continued development of the companies Marketing strategy, supporting overall brand development and brand awareness, and promotional strategies
* Develop and deliver seasonal as well as always-on marketing campaigns aligned with the brand and commercial guidelines, ensuring brand is always championed
* Collaborate with the wider marketing teams to creative innovative and effective Marketing strategies and ultimately lead to fully optimised cross channel campaigns.
* Using campaign performance data to continue to build on the strategy
* Line management of x2 Marketing & Brand Executives
Key skills & experiences I’m looking for:
* Experienced in managing/ developing a Marketing/ Campaign strategy. Operating at Manager/ Lead level previously
* Strong background in campaign planning, developing and managing a campaign calendar
* Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting and acting upon campaign data
