We’re seeking a dedicated educator who thrives in a dynamic, non-traditional setting and is committed to helping children with profound autism and severe learning difficulties flourish in every aspect of life.
This isn’t your typical teaching role. Our setting is a nurturing, home-like environment where children aged 8–19 learn through play, life experiences, and meaningful interactions throughout the waking day. Every moment is a chance to teach, inspire, and support growth.

Your responsibilities
* Leading the education and care of a small group of children, supported by a dedicated team.
* Developing and monitoring personalised learning and care plans.
* Supporting staff development and contributing to rota planning.
* Bringing creativity and flexibility to curriculum planning and delivery.
What we’re looking for
* Experience with children who have severe learning difficulties and autism.
* Qualified Teacher Status with SEN experience is essential for this role.
* Understanding of the National Curriculum and differentiation.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for inclusive education.
* Knowledge of PROACT SCIPr-UK® is desirable, but training will be provided.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, plus one Saturday in every 7 to support fun weekend activities. Annual leave can be taken during term time or school holidays, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
