Conducting pre-operative assessments to evaluate patients' medical histories, current health status, and any potential risks or complications. ? Setting up surgical equipment and monitoring devices, such as anesthesia machines, monitors, and surgical tools. ? Scrubbing and assisting surgeons during surgical procedures by passing instruments, handling specimens, and maintaining a sterile field. ? Monitoring patients' vital signs, anesthesia administration, and physiological responses throughout the surgery. ? Communicating effectively with members of the healthcare team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other perioperative personnel, to ensure coordinated patient care. Requirements: ? NMC registration and PIN ? A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience ? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities ? Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently ?
