The Role & Team
You’ll join a Service Desk team of 6, supporting a fast-paced, high-availability environment:
* 1 × Student Placement (1st Line)
* 2 × Junior Engineers
* 3 × Support Engineers
This is a hands-on technical role with added responsibility, including mentoring junior engineers and acting as a reliable escalation point.
Technology & Responsibilities
You’ll be working across a modern IT estate, supporting both cloud and on-prem systems, including:
* Azure
* Active Directory
* Exchange
* Intune
* Windows Servers
Your focus will be on maintaining system reliability, resolving issues quickly, and supporting a business where downtime is not an option.
Experience & Fit
* 2–3 years’ experience in an IT Support / Service Desk role
* Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence owning issues end-to-end
* Comfortable supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Background from any industry considered
Location, Salary & Bonus
* 5 days per week on-site in Milton Keynes
* Flexibility supported where needed
Salary:
* £40,000 – £43,000 basic
* Up to £45,000 for a standout candidate
Bonus:
* Up to £15,000 based on team performance
* Historically consistent bonus payouts
