Job responsibilities
* Provide high-quality nursing care in a care home setting, guiding residents through life-changing decisions with compassion and professionalism.
* Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care and support residents and their families.
* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students where required.
* Maintain professional standards in line with NMC requirements; demonstrate safeguarding awareness and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and model professional behaviours.

Qualifications & Experience
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
* Minimum 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
* Passion to mentor colleagues and support students; ability to advocate for person-centred care.
Requirements
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
* Willingness to undertake safeguarding training as required.
