About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our client on their planned works team within the social housing sector.
Duties:
* Undertake electrical installations including:
o Consumer unit upgrades
o Full/partial rewires
o Kitchen and bathroom electrical upgrades
o Smoke/heat alarm installations
o Ventilation and extractor fan installations
* Carry out programmed maintenance works in accordance with contract specifications.
* Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works in line with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work in both void and occupied properties
* Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
* Comply with statutory regulations, internal policies, and current wiring standards
* Record and report completed works using a PDA or similar system
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* AM2
* 2391
* 18th Edition
* Demonstrable experience, ideally within the social housing or domestic repair sector
* Full UK driving licence
