About the role:
We’re seeking an Influencer Lead to report to the Head of Influencer and support the high-level strategy for influencer marketing. The role involves overseeing accounts, driving innovation, growth, and executing best-in-class campaigns. Extensive experience in client leadership, strategic oversight, and team management is required.
Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the strategic direction for influencer campaigns across major client accounts.
2. Present and provide strategic expertise to senior-level clients, ensuring alignment with their long-term objectives.
3. Oversee and mentor influencer account teams to ensure consistent excellence.
4. Lead strategic budget discussions and monitor overall profitability.
5. Act as a key decision-maker in talent acquisition and contract approvals.
6. Collaborate on new business initiatives and present high-level influencer proposals.
7. Refine processes and standards across the team to enhance productivity and quality.

* Outstanding communication skills and a natural flair for delivering persuasive, impactful presentations.
* Extensive project management experience, with a focus on strategy and financial oversight.
* Proven ability to manage and inspire teams, supporting their growth and career development.
* Strategic thinker with a vision for growing the influencer function within the agency.
* In-depth understanding of industry trends and best practices.
