A market-leading insurance business is seeking a UK Claims Operations Manager to play a key role in shaping and elevating its claims function. Reporting to the senior leadership team, this is a pivotal role driving operational excellence, MI/reporting, delegated authority oversight and continuous improvement across the UK claims organisation.
You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary central claims operations team and be a critical partner across the business, ensuring outstanding customer experience, service delivery and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a centralised claims operations team
* Oversee claims administration, workflow management and SLA adherence
* Drive operational performance, governance, process improvement and resource planning
* Lead MI & data reporting across claims (weekly/monthly dashboards, KPIs, DA performance)
* Own delegated authority oversight, ensuring control, compliance and quality
* Enhance customer experience through continuous improvement and audit programmes
* Partner with senior leadership and support firm-wide initiatives and regulatory programmes

* MI/data reporting capability and comfort working with metrics
