We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our semiconductor product expansion in Europe and the US. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the semiconductor market, focusing on RF modules, motion sensors, and broadband tuners.
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Keywave’s products and gather market intelligence.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer feedback to senior management.
5+ years of business development or technical sales experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with RF, radar, or sensor products.
~ Strong network of contacts within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
~ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
~ Willingness to travel within Europe and the US as required.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Experience working with high-tech startups or scaling technology companies.
Understanding of regulatory requirements for RF and radar products in Europe and the US.
