Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
We are currently recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join a busy and well‑established independent workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship, diagnostics, servicing, and repair work, within a stable and supportive working environment.
What We Offer
* £35,000 per year salary
* Monday to Friday only – no weekend work
* 8:00am – 5:30pm consistent working hours
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Stable, friendly and professional workshop environment

The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
* Mechanical and electrical diagnostics
* Fault finding and repair across a wide range of vehicles
* General workshop duties as part of a skilled team
Requirements
* Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Automotive Technician / Motor Vehicle Technician (essential)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Strong diagnostic and repair skills
