Location: Sherwood, Nottingham
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: Waking Nights - 8:00pm to 9:00am
Contract: Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available

The Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker / Carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of residents throughout the night. You'll provide reassurance, respond to any needs or incidents, and maintain a safe and settled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care and emotional support during waking night shifts
Carry out regular checks to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents
Support with personal care where required
Accurately complete night records, logs, and handovers
Respond appropriately to emergencies or changes in behaviour
Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment overnightRequirements
Previous experience in care or support work is desirable (training can be provided)
A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Good communication and basic record-keeping skills
