The Payoff (Why this role is special)
As Lead Technical Services Engineer, you’ll:
* Own the technical quality of our Azure managed services
* Act as the senior escalation point for complex Azure issues
* Guide and mentor engineers, raising the bar across the team
* Design, improve, and document standards, automation, and best practice
