We are seeking a dynamic and
strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead the marketing for Fenix and Louis Restaurants. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and
drink, possess a keen understanding of luxury branding, and have a proven track
record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement
comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer
acquisition, and retention.
* Collaborate with internal
stakeholders to define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
* Support the creation of engaging content across
various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and print
materials.
* Manage all aspects of digital
marketing, including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns, to optimise online presence
and drive traffic to the restaurant.
* Cultivate relationships with media
outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure press coverage and
strategic partnerships.
* Analyse market trends, customer
insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify
growth opportunities.
* Monitor and evaluate the
performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to
senior management.
* Oversee the development and
execution of events, promotions, and experiential marketing activities to
enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Return on Investment, which is data
driven is important to the success of the role, which we will assess against
pre-determined KPIs.
* The role will be a part of our brand and marketing team based at head office in central Manchester
Qualifications:
* Experience
in brand marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sector.
* Proven track record of developing
and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
* Strong creative and strategic
thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
* Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in digital marketing
tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and
analytics.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving priorities is key.
* Passion for food, wine, and
hospitality, with a deep understanding of the luxury consumer mindset.
