SEN / Alternative Provision Assistant – Full-Time, £14–£15/hr
We are recruiting on behalf of a trust that supports children with SEN, SEND, behavioural, and PMLD needs. If you have experience in SEN settings, care, youth work, behaviour mentoring, or mental health support, this could be your next rewarding role!
Position: SEN / Alternative Provision Assistant
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £14–£15 per hour
Locations: Multiple schools and specialist provisions within the trust

What You’ll Do
7. Support children with additional needs and promote independence
8. Assist with play-led learning, activities, and daily routines
9. Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment

Requirements / Ideal Candidate
11. Experience working with children with SEN, SEND, or behavioural needs
12. Patience, empathy, and a caring approach
13. Strong communication and teamwork skills
14. Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
15. Willingness to undertake training and development
