We're looking for a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join us at Millennium Support
Location: Hybrid (the perfect mix of home, office and in service working)
Salary: £37,500
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

What you'll be doing
* Leading quality reviews across our residential and supported living services.
* Supporting thematic reviews – identifying themes and trends, areas of good practice and developing insightful reports that drive quality improvement.
* Monitoring and assessing compliance with internal policies and procedures, CQC regulations and best practice standards.
* Spending time in services - supporting operational teams to identify and delivery quality improvements.
* Developing opportunities for people to provide feedback on the quality of services and their experience of support.
* Championing our vision and values in everything you.

What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in adult social care.
* A strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
* Proven skills in quality assurance and quality improvement.
* Strong attention to detail.
* A strong operational grasp of supported living and residential services.
* Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build positive relationship across teams.
* A Level 5 or above management qualification that is relevant to the Health and Social Care sector.
* Above all, a deep commitment to doing the right thing and supporting others to do the right thing.
Due to the need for travel to our different services, we will require candidates to have a full UK driving license and use of their own vehicle.
