We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and caring Registered Nurse to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive outstanding clinical care, promoting dignity and well-being. Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
* Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
* Monitor residents’ health and well-being, responding promptly to any changes.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and team members.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and care planning.
* Provide leadership and support to care staff.
Experience
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin.
* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Prior experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
