The role of Housing Administrator will contribute to delivering a dynamic Housing Management service which is located within the Housing and Communities Department. The role will work closely with all members of the Housing Management Section and will deliver an excellent service to our social rent, mid-market rent customers and the wider public. The wider role of the section is to provide our customers with a high standard of service and support, ensuring that rental income is maximised, estates are well maintained, tenant issues and support needs are dealt with, and antisocial behaviour is managed.
