Looking to step away from frontline childcare but still want to make a difference?
If you’ve worked in a nursery or run your own childminding business, you know the strain: staffing challenges, SEND responsibilities, long hours, and constant pressure. You’ve lived it, and now you’re ready to use that experience in a different way.
As a Childminder Success Coach, you’ll support new and existing childminders to grow thriving, sustainable businesses. You’ll be their sounding board, support system, and cheerleader. You’ll also help parents understand their options and access the care they need.
This role lets you step out of the daily stress while still making a real impact - more variety, more balance, and more meaningful conversations.
Yes, there’s admin, but it’s the kind that actually helps people. You’ll be part of a small, trusted team that supports each other and values your ideas and experience.
