Our client, a large independent estate agent, are looking for a Residential Branch Manager to join their well-established and thriving Ilminster office on a full-time, permanent basis. About the Role
As Residential Branch Manager, you will lead the sales team in Ilminster, drive new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional results for clients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our strong reputation and expanding our presence in the local property market.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven track record in estate agency and winning new business
* Strong networking skills and local market knowledge
* A proactive, driven approach with excellent organisational skills
* Leadership and team management experience
* An outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
