Description About the Role: This role is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team and take charge of driving sales across Menswear within Next Sourcing. Your responsibilities will include monitoring current sales and market trends to identify new areas for growth, collaborating with Product Teams to propose innovative ideas, and selling products with conviction to Menswear customers You'll play a key role in driving new opportunities from concept to sourcing, developing clear strategies in advance of each season, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, you'll manage critical paths, assist with negotiations, troubleshoot when necessary, and engage in travel for customer visits and territory exploration. The team combined, has years of experience spanning across Buying and Merchandising, Design and Sourcing plus experience within varied product areas such as Branded, and Next own label. The team brings a wealth of experience and so much industry knowledge. They are so excited to share this and nurture additional talent in their team. About You: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with a genuine interest in product and ideally a background in Buying or Merchandising. Strong price negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. You will be adept at prioritising tasks effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment that offers exciting travel opportunities.
