Join Our Team as a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse at Ealing North MINT
Our service is centered around Primary Care Networks and aims for comprehensive engagement with Integrated Care Systems, utilizing a whole person, whole population health approach. We leverage community resources including health, social care, Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organizations, and local communities to support wellbeing beyond traditional mental health services. Our new teams enable individuals to access mental health services wherever and whenever needed, supporting local community mental health management. We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join us.
Main Duties
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an innovative Mental Health Nurse. Employed by West London NHS Trust, you will play a key role in developing care pathways within the local community mental health team (MINT). The position also provides opportunities for mentorship, career progression, and continued education.
We are looking for applications from Registered Mental Health Nurses with experience in community services.

Qualifications and Training
* Professional qualification in mental health - Mental Health Nursing (RMN) with current NMC registration
* Degree or Diploma level education, with relevant courses in primary care mental health (e.g., CBT, Brief Solution Focused Therapy)
* Ongoing professional development evidence
Experience
* Post-qualifying psychiatric work experience
* Supervisory experience with junior staff
* Experience in a Band 6 role or equivalent
* Additional relevant post-registration experience
* Audit and research experience
* Teaching/training experience
* Experience in primary care, social care, or voluntary sectors
