Commercial Property Manager


Leading property consultancy have need for an additional Commercial Property Management to join the regional team on an initial 6 months FTC. The role would suit a surveyor who is available to commence employment at short notice and one who can hit the ground running!


* Key ResponsibilitiesAid in the management of commercial properties for institutional and international clients
* Monitor service charge budgets, arrears, and financial reporting
* Handle lease events, tenant communications, and client reporting
* Support business development and cross-sell opportunities
* Liaise with Facilities Managers, Helpdesk, and internal teams


* About YouIdeally MRICS qualified (albeit not essential) with experience in commercial property management
* Strong understanding of leases, L&T legislation, and office market trends
* Skilled in client-facing roles and team management
* Confident with property accounting and service charge processes


The role could be based from Leeds, Birmingham or Sheffield, and aid in the management of properties around these areas.


Salary and package will reflect experience, however someone in the region of £45 - £55,000 (FTE) would be favoured.
