This includes coordinating care schedules, supporting staff, and working closely with customers and healthcare professionals.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee delivery of domiciliary care servicesPlan and manage staff rotas to ensure full coverage of care callsAdjust schedules to respond to sickness, holidays, and emergenciesLiaise with the Registered Manager on recruitment and staffing needsMaintain accurate care records (digital and manual systems)Communicate with customers, families, and healthcare professionalsMonitor service quality and report incidents, concerns, and updatesSupport general office administration and reportingWhat were looking forExperience in a care co-ordinator, scheduler, or similar role (preferred)Background in health & social care or domiciliary care (desirable)Strong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident IT skills (experience with PASS system advantageous)Flexible approach to work, including participation in on-call rotaRequirementsEnhanced Access NI check (required)Right to work in the UKPlease note: we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
