Job Description:
We are recruiting for a well-regarded Financial Planning Practice based in Godalming. The vacancy is due to an increase in workload for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join the existing team and assist the Financial Planners.
Duties will include:
1. Providing efficient new business support for advisers, including pre-sales research, preparation of Suitability Reports, processing, liaising with product providers and clients, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
2. Supporting the preparation of valuations and client review documentation for efficient client meetings.
3. Providing post-meeting support to consultants, ensuring all work is completed accurately within agreed timescales.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess good technical knowledge, and be capable of planning and prioritizing in a busy environment. You should have a solid understanding of life, pensions, and investment contracts, along with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Experience with IRESS/Adviser Office software and Financial Express Analytics is preferred.
As building and maintaining client relationships is key, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
The successful candidate will have a proven IFA background in a similar role. You must be IT literate, a team player, and adaptable to new challenges and ideas, with a proactive attitude.
