We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Serious Injury (SI) team in London, working on a varied and rewarding caseload. Personal injury can have a dramatic and life changing impact on individuals and their families. This bespoke approach makes a real difference for those whose lives have been turned upside down by injury.
Responsibilities
* Provide legal support to qualified Case Handlers across a range of serious injury cases.
* Manage client queries quickly, efficiently, and with empathy.
* Progress cases independently under supervision and as part of a team.
* Liaise with clients and medical professionals in person, by phone, and in writing.
* Arrange meetings, seek medical reports, and chase information with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Strong ability to work on your own initiative.
* Empathy and compassion to guide clients through challenging personal circumstances.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* The ability to interact with clients and external organisations.
* A friendly, enthusiastic and can-do approach.
Qualifications
* Previous Paralegal experience (Serious Injury experience desirable).
