What you’ll be doing
12-month FTC
Within the Motor Retail Modelling team, you’ll be responsible for developing new models to support our price optimisation strategies, predicting market and customer behaviours. You will also monitor the performance of existing models and explore new data sources and techniques to enhance value for the Motor business.
Our hybrid working model offers flexibility, with colleagues spending at least 2 days a week in the office, depending on role and team.
What you’ll need
* Degree in a numerate subject
* Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance pricing
* Strong understanding of statistical techniques (e.g., GLMs)
* Experience with SQL, Python, RADAR & EMBLEM is preferred but not essential
* Previous insurance/pricing experience is essential for this role
