PrincipalResponsibilities:HRBusinessPartner
* AdviseonChangemanagementacrossallcouncilservices.
* AdviseofTUPEandchangemanagementlegislation.
* Providetransformationaladviceonchangemanagement,organizational/departmentalrestructures/jobroledesign/outsourcing/redundancies.
* Recommendandsupportchangeinitiativestoprovideimprovementandbettervalueformoney.
* ActastheHRrepresentativeonhearingsandappealhearings.
* ProjectmanageandperformancemanagetheHRimplicationsofChangeandManagementprojects.
* IdentifyHRrisksandissuesinChangeprojectsandfindwaystoreducethoseriskstotheCouncil.
* Workwithservicemanagers,HRAdviserandOrganisationalDevelopmentcolleaguestofindsolutionstoChangeManagementissuesbyregularreviewsoforganisationalstructuresandbusinessprocesses.
* WorkwithtradeunionsthroughconsultationandnegotiationtodeliveraresponsiveHRservice.
* Liaisewithotherproviders,includingcolleaguesacrosstheCounciltodeliveranexcellentHRservice.
* Provideexpertiseinorganisationaldesignandchangemanagement.
* Tocommunicate,facilitateandpromotetheneedforchangeinbehavioramongstmanagersworkingtowardstheCouncilsaimsandobjectives
* WorkcollaborativelywithteammembersincludingtoprovideanintegratedHRservicetothecustomer.
* WorkcollaborativelywiththeEmploymentPolicyandServiceDevelopmentBusinessPartner.
* AssisttheHrManager(Operations)andProfessionalLeadforHRinOrganisationalredesignandimprovingOrganisationalandpeopleperformance.
* Coachandtrainmanagersthroughavarietyofmethods.
