Support Services Coordinator - Worcester

2. £13.09 per hour (monthly paid)

Instore, part of Smiths News is recruiting a Support Services Coordinator. A pivotal role within Instore, working cross functionally between Support Services and the Account Team. Creating surveys, setting up systems, reporting dashboards and resolving merchandiser inbound queries once a client campaign is live.
The role reports into the Senior Account Support Executive within the Support Services Team based in Worcester, where we operate a hybrid working model uniform across the team.

About you
6. A sound working knowledge of Microsoft portfolio of apps,
preferable excellent user of:
7. Teams
8. Excel
9. Word
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Structured and systematic approach to work
12. Any client experience an advantage but not essential
13. Ability to interpret a client brief and then create a survey
(a series of questions to data capture the activity)
14. Experience of working with different systems
