Ideally you will have a background in CS, Sales or similar commercial relationship-led roles from a TMC environment. If you have a passion for service, delivering results and making a genuine impact we would love to speak with you
A little bit about the role…
Key responsibilities
:-
* Building strong, meaningful multi-level relationships across your client portfolio
* Continually demonstrating the value we curate through savings and efficiencies
* Managing the client lifecycle from onboarding through to successful renewal
* Reducing churn and maximising retention & revenue opportunities
* Working to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for all stakeholders
* Being an advocate for Meon Travel within the industry
* Identifying opportunities for new products and service

* Commercially astute, able to identify opportunities and execute them to the mutual benefit of clients and the business remaining central.
* A relationship builder with a high level of emotional intelligence
* Articulate, with sharp communication and presentation skills
* Inquisitive, analytical by nature, always eager to
* Ability to engage credibly at all levels with the Client's business from travel booker to CXO
* Prior Travel Management experience
