Job Description
3. Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
4. Assist with budget preparation and forecasting to support business planning.
5. Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
6. Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
8. Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
10. Provide support to the senior finance team on ad-hoc projects and analysis.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent professional experience (ACCA/CIMA or ACA)
12. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
13. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
14. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
15. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
16. Strong organisational and time management skills.
17. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
