We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our embedded payments offering called Klipboard Money. This role is ideal for a B2B marketer with a passion for driving product adoption, partner engagement, and revenue growth through targeted marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for embedded payments, aligning with product, sales, and partnership teams.
* Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
* Collaborate with product marketing to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to key buyer personas (e.g., CFOs, product managers, developers).
* Support cross sell marketing efforts, including collaborative campaigns, enablement materials, and joint events.
* Work closely with sales and partnerships to align on lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
* Leverage data and insights to continuously optimise campaign performance, customer journeys, and conversion rates.
* Manage marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn) to execute and track campaigns effectively.
* Stay informed on trends in embedded finance, B2B payments, and fintech to inform strategy and maintain competitive differentiation.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

* 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or embedded finance.
* Proven success in product marketing or demand generation roles with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
* Strong understanding of the embedded payments landscape, including APIs, platforms, and partner ecosystems.
* Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools.
* Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
