About The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Growth Manager (Implementations & Onboarding) to play a pivotal role in the company’s continued growth. This is a specialist implementation and customer success position where you’ll own the full client journey – from initial onboarding to successful platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end client implementations and onboarding projects
- Deliver seamless transitions onto the payroll platform
- Act as the primary client contact during implementation
- Configure systems for high‑volume payroll and batch payment processing
- Drive high adoption rates and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Work closely with Operations, Compliance, and Product teams
- Manage client relationships, retention, and long‑term success
Skills & Experience Required
- Solid background in umbrella payroll, contractor payroll, or payroll software
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and umbrella compliance
- Proven experience in implementations, onboarding, or customer success
- Understanding of contractor payroll processes and batch payment models
- Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills
