Established housing association in the Liverpool region.
Your new role
Reporting to the finance director, this is a temporary job working within the property team. Duties will include:
\t
* Develop a reporting regime for monitoring the financial performance of the Property Directorate (including capital component replacement and repairs).
\t
* Hold regular budget holder finance meetings and produce and distribute monthly directorate management information and reports, including KPI's, forecasts and commentary.
\t
* Attend monthly senior operational management meetings, including presenting findings to the Director of the service for discussion.
\t
* Complete financial planning tasks incorporating annual budget setting, along with the production of a budget submission report for each budget holder, and assisting with the production of medium and long-term business plans.
\t
* Provide business support services including data analysis, training, procedures and ad-hoc queries.

* Experience of communicating complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
\t
* Ability to see the big picture and align financial plans for long-term goals.
\t
* Proficient in financial systems and data visualisation tools, financial modelling
\t
\t
