We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts across your region.
What Youll Be Doing
* Manage and grow relationships with a small number of high value Key Accounts in Manufacturing, Construction, Commercial and Packaging sectors.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market share
* Conduct regular customer meetings, account reviews, and presentations
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring exceptional service levels
* Develop strategic plans to increase revenue and reduce seasonal fluctuations
* Attend networking events and trade shows to build new relationships and promote products
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to support business planning
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements
What Were Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience of expanding a set of existing accounts
* Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to present to diverse audiences
* Self-motivated and well-organised, with strong time management skills
* Competent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence
