Qualifications
* Has previous experience in a similar role and understands the importance of attention to detail in housekeeping
* Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and takes pride in delivering clean and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas
* Is a team player who is reliable, punctual and able to work collaboratively with others
* Possesses excellent time management skills and is able to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame
* Is physically fit and able to carry out the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods of time, and working in a fast-paced environment
* Has good communication skills and is able to work effectively with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
* Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Is familiar with health and safety regulations and has a good understanding of the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
* Has a good eye for detail and is able to spot areas that require extra attention, such as stains or damaged items.
