As a Deputy Theatre Manager at our Bristol Hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you have the relevant qualifications and experience. With excellent leadership skills, you hold post-registration experience in care of patients, pre, intra and post operatively, in everything from Orthopaedic, Gynae and Urology.
As a Deputy Theatre Manager, you will:
1. Support the Theatre Manager in the efficient running of the Theatre department
2. Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
3. Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care
4. Work well with consultants who are experts in their field
5. Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery
6. Champion a supportive, enabling working culture in the department, promoting staff safety
