As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Finance Assistant to join our Finance Operations team.
Pay Range
This range is provided by Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter to learn more.

£23,133 annual salary.
About the Role
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll ensure our nationwide adviser network receives accurate and timely commission payments. You’ll review financial information, enter commission statements into our systems, and support advisers with clear, helpful responses. Your work will contribute directly to the smooth running of our operations and the strong relationships we maintain with advisers.
Key Responsibilities
* Review commission statements received from lenders and providers
* Enter commission data accurately into the Revolution system
* Identify anomalies and resolve or elevate them as needed
* Provide phone and email support to advisers and colleagues
* Respond to queries promptly – ideally the same day or within 24 hours
* Update team spreadsheets with accurate, up‑to‑date financial information
* Ensure all system data is kept current and reliable
* Support additional tasks for the wider finance team or business, as requested

* Enjoys working with numbers and financial information
* Communicates clearly and professionally by phone and email
* Confident using spreadsheets and able to learn new systems
* Can manage workload effectively and meet agreed timescales
* Works well as part of a supportive team
* Background in finance administration, data entry, or similar roles is beneficial
