Disrepair Works Coordinator Location: Southgate 5x days per week in the office Job Type: Temp 3 months with possible extension Hourly rate: £17.30 PAYE / £22.96ph UmbrellaOur client, a reputable housing association, is currently undertaking a significant disrepair project and is in need of a Disrepair Works Coordinator to provide essential support to the Contract Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to high professional and ethical standards. Day to Day of the role: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Contract Manager. Maintain accurate records of ongoing work and project progress. Manage the raising, receipting, and tracking of purchase orders (POs) and associated costs for jobs. Liaise with the planning team to ensure job updates are accurately reflected in DRS and Northgate systems. Communicate with the client to confirm that work is completed within the required timescales.Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong administration and customer service experience Experience working within Property, or construction environment with knowledge of Repairs or disrepair / Roofing / scaffolding works planner (desirable but essential) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio. Competence in using desktop PC software tools. Proven experience in a customer service-focused environment. Previous administrative experience.
