Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Leading and developing the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets.
* Maximising profitability through finance, insurance, and associated product sales, ensuring every opportunity is realised.
* Delivering an exceptional customer journey — from first enquiry to handover — reflecting the JCT600 standard of excellence.
* Providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to ensure your team is fully equipped to deliver both performance and compliance.
* Monitoring all sales activity, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to FCA and brand standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience and success in the Motor industry as a sales executive, sales manager, business manager, or showroom manager.
* Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, with experience ensuring compliance and profitability.
* A customer‑centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
