Each county has its own dedicated Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC), the service has been commissioned to improve the immediate medical response and aftercare offered to victims of sexual assault and rape.
Mountain Healthcare are a specialist business already providing similar services to 20 other SARCs in locations across the UK. This will be a dual role with both Administrator and Crisis Worker responsibilities. You will based at the Oakwood Place SARC, Essex This is a Full-Time vacancy of 36 hours per week. Salary: £27,921 pro Rata, (£12.75 per hour) based on FTE 42 hours working week.
Shift pattern will be a flexible seven day rota, 12 hours - 9am to 9pm. Applicants must live within 60 minutes travelling time to their appointed/local SARC. Whilst the position may be based from one location, additional travel may be required, therefore a UK driving license is required for this role.
