Executive Assistant to CEO

We are supporting a fast-growing, incredibly well-funded, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company in the search for an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO. The Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the CEO and wider UK team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling leadership to operate effectively. You will act as a trusted partner, managing priorities, coordinating logistics, and supporting key business activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Complex calendar management and meeting coordination
* Arranging international travel, accommodation, and logistics
* Processing expenses and maintaining accurate reporting
* Organising Board meetings and leadership offsites
* Supporting company-wide events and internal coordination
* Assisting with office setup and ongoing administrative needs
* Providing ad hoc support to the UK team as required
Requirements
* 6+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience within the biotechnology or broader life sciences industry
