Role Overview
The Nurse Consultant will be part of the Older People's Services at Colchester Hospital, providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and management for older patients across acute and community settings. The role involves leading service development and ensuring seamless access to care for frail and older people.
Qualifications & Experience
* Current NMC Registration
* Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice
* Non-Medical Prescribing
* Experience in care of older people and community working
Skills & Knowledge
* Leadership skills and clinical expertise
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of Clinical Governance
